IL RIASSETTO DELLE CAMERE :
L’HSFS dispone del riassetto camere giornaliero che si svolge alla mattina dalle otto alle 12. Il cambio della biancheria viene effettuato, secondo la categoria dell’hotel, per la biancheria del bagno, tre volte alla settimana e per la biancheria del letto due volte alla settimana. Se per tua necessità desideri orari di riassetto diversi o cambi biancheria modificati puoi rivolgerti alla reception .
IL NOSTRO RISTORANTE:
La sala ristorante si trova al piano dell’ingresso principale dell’ hotel. Qui la prima colazione e’ servita dalle 7:30 alle 10, il pranzo alle 13 e la cena alle 19:30. In serate di eventi o feste, gli orari potrebbero subire variazioni che ti verranno comunicate per tempo dalla Reception.
In sala ristorante e’ sempre presente un addetto che resta a tua disposizione durante gli orari dei pasti principali per informarti sui componenti delle pietanze o aiutarti a scegliere il menu giusto per il tuo bambino o consigliarti la scelta del vino da accompagnare le pietanze scelte. Intolleranze o di diete particolari dovranno essere comunicate all’arrivo in Reception. Consigliamo la puntualita’ per poter gustare al completo i nostri buffet di verdure ed insalate!
AREA WELLNESS:
all’interno dell’hotel si trova un angolo benessere con Sauna Finlandese, grande Vasca Idromassaggio servizio tisaneria. E’ possibile prenotare massaggi di vari tipi. L’angolo del benessere e’ aperto in orari e va prenotato per tempo poiche’ ogni camera riceve un orario di utilizzo. Accappatoio e ciabattine sono inclusi nel pacchetto di ingresso. Rivolgiti alla Reception per avere informazioni sui costi e orari.

Siamo amanti degli animali ! Solo qualche piccola raccomandazione per i loro padroni. Vi preghiamo di portare fuori il vostro cagnolino per tempo onde evitare spiacevoli inconvenienti all’interno dell’ Hotel . Vi preghiamo di non farlo salire sui letti poiché questi servono anche alle persone che verranno dopo di voi; nel caso abbiate bisogno di teli, pedane o ciotole, potremmo volentieri fornirvele noi! Solo In sala ristorante, per motivi di igiene, non può entrare il tuo cagnolino. Sara’ sempre pronto per te un tavolo da pranzo nell’area Corner, dove potrai portare anche il tuo Pet e mangiare insieme a lui ! Per queste informazioni puoi rivolgerti alla Reception.
LE BICICLETTE:
La citta’ di Rimini e’ diventata una byke-city per cui e’ possibile godere di bellissime passeggiate in bicicletta sul nuovo Waterfront in riva alla spiaggia.
L’HSFS ti fornisce gratuitamente il servizio biciclette. Sara’ compito tuo riconsegnarle in buono stato e, mi raccomando, non creare incidenti di alcun genere poiche’ il servizio non e’ coperto da assicurazione.
CASSAFORTE: con la porta aperta premere R e inserire il nuovo codice (almeno 4 numeri). Per chiudere; R per aprire R e il codice
ARIA CONDIZIONATA inserire la chiavetta bianca attaccata alla vostra chiave, premere il tasto con la finestra chiusa (c’è un sensore)

Quelle che seguono sono le nostre politiche di cancellazione della prenotazioni con relative spiegazioni:
“In caso di cancellazione oppure modifiche effettuate a partire dalla data di ricevimento della caparra fino al 15° giorno precedente la data di arrivo prevista del cliente viene trattenuta una somma pari la 20% dell’intero soggiorno” (la caparra versata viene trattenuta a compensazione parziale del danno);
“In caso di cancellazione effettuata oltre il termine dei 15 giorni precedenti alla data dell’arrivo prevista, viene addebitata una somma parti alle prime tre notti di soggiorno”;
“In caso di mancata presentazione, oppure no show del cliente viene trattenuto l’intero importo versato a titolo di caparra”.

Al momento della prenotazione verranno consegnati accappatoi e cuffie. E’ attivo un servizio di tisaneria e lo spazio e’ riservato solo al cliente che lo prenota. Il tempo minimo consigliato e’ di 45 “ per un ciclo completo di idromassaggio e la seduta in sauna che non deve superare i 20/25”.

UNSER RESTAURANT:
Der Restaurantraum befindet sich auf der Haupteingangsetage des Hotels. Hier wird von 7.30 bis 10.00 Uhr Frühstück serviert, um 13.00 Uhr Mittagessen und um 19.30 Uhr Abendessen. An Abenden von Veranstaltungen oder Partys können sich die Zeiten ändern, die Ihnen vorab an der Rezeption mitgeteilt werden. Im Restaurant steht Ihnen während der Hauptmahlzeiten immer ein Mitarbeiter zur Verfügung, der Sie über die Bestandteile der Gerichte informiert, Ihnen bei der Auswahl des richtigen Menüs für Ihr Kind behilflich ist oder Sie bei der Weinbegleitung zu den Gerichten berät. Le HSFS effectue quotidiennement le ménage des chambres qui a lieu le matin de 8h00 à 12h00. Le linge est changé trois fois par semaine pour le linge de toilette et deux fois par semaine pour le linge de lit. NOTRE RESTAURANT :
La salle de restaurant est située au rez-de-chaussée de l’entrée principale de l’hôtel. Le petit-déjeuner y est servi de 7h30 à 10h00, le déjeuner à 13h00 et le dîner à 19h30. Les horaires peuvent être sujets à changement lors de soirées ou de soirées, qui vous seront communiquées au préalable à la réception.
